Weird Corrupt Facebook Log In Page

Something is up with Facebook.  One suspects that they are hitting the ceiling with usage.  I logged in yesterday, and got a totally corrupt page (pictured above) that wouldn't fix itself with a refresh.  I had to kill the browser session and start over.

The other possibility is that the http call was interrupted and I never got all of the data.  Whatever it is, it is quite frustrating as a user.
